• Built Java/Spring Boot and TypeScript/Node.js/NestJS microservices using hexagonal or layered architecture, and developed and diagnosed containerized workloads running in Docker/Kubernetes-managed environments.
• Implemented an event-driven/serverless flow with Amazon S3, SQS, and a Python/FastAPI AWS Lambda: production execution with real data reached approximately 90,000 promotions/s with zero data loss across the complete load. Also built Python/Node.js tooling for local loads, reconciliation, reporting, and diagnostics.
• Designed an in-product RAG and agentic system for merchant owners using Python, LangChain, LangGraph, PostgreSQL/pgvector, and guardrails, augmenting LLM context with banking promotions associated with each merchant.
• Created a custom agentic engineering workspace for the product's multi-repository integration landscape to streamline context retrieval, token usage, and consistent feature delivery.

• Personally integrated all 10+ systems covered by SGA through Java/Spring Boot and TypeScript/Node.js/NestJS microservices conforming to a shared permissions contract. To scale the work, built an agentic cross-system workspace that preserved context across repositories.
• Standardized system onboarding with reusable structures, filters, and validation, reducing permission-related tickets and manual assignments by at least 80% and eliminating at least 95% of recurring assignment bugs, based on before/after tickets and logs.
• Cut permission searches from approximately 10 minutes to under 10 seconds through SQL tuning, indexing, and pagination while keeping critical endpoints below 300 ms on average in qualified tests on enterprise on-premise servers.
